Building on our successful CIRCLS’21 convening in September, NSF has asked CIRCLS for help in identifying additional possible peer reviewers for the next batch of RETTL proposals and other related programs. In the closing town hall of the convening, many people commented on shifts they would like to see, for example, a shift in emphasis from “broadening” to “empowering.” By committing to be a peer reviewer, you can be part of positive change in our research community. Serving on a peer review panel is also one of the most rewarding professional development experiences—and those of us who have done virtual panels find them to be as rewarding as face-to-face panels.

If you complete the survey below, we will forward your interest to NSF, who may invite you to serve. You can also forward this form to appropriate colleagues as well.

Did you submit to the current RETTL deadline (October 18th)?

*If yes, you cannot review for RETTL but we will consider you for other related NSF programs.
